Crane Engineering offers a wide variety of dosing pump solutions providing high accuracy and control.
A dosing pump is a type of positive displacement pump that injects a precise amount of chemicals into a fluid process. This concept is also referred to as metering. Dosing pumps are typically small, but extremely precise in the flow rate they provide, allowing for maximum control in fluid dispensing. A dosing pump draws a specific volume of fluid into its chamber and injects the substance into a tank or pipe that contains the fluid that needs to be dosed. Various pumps can be equipped for dosing, but to prevent leakage and maintenance, chemical dosing pumps are normally diaphragm pumps.
