PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SENTINEL Injection Quills are precision-engineered solutions for safely and efficiently dispersing chemicals into process pipelines. They are designed to inject chemicals directly and evenly into the center of the process flow, where the flow velocity is highest, ensuring optimal mixing and avoiding chemical contact with pipe walls.

Crafted with CNC precision-machined components, SENTINEL Injection Quills feature a spring-loaded check disk that prevents the backflow of pressurized process fluid into the chemical feed when the pump is off, or the chemical feed is disconnected. Custom quill lengths and connections are available upon request to suit specific application requirements.
