Multistage pumps utilize several impellers and diffusers in series to incrementally increase the pressure capability at a given flow rate. The ability to customize the number of stages allows for the coverage of an extensive range of flows and heads.

Often used in boiler feed and washdown applications, they are an excellent design for many pressure-boosting applications.
