PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The FLUX VISCOPOWER F580 TR is an industrial progressive cavity pump with a bearing flange for horizontal installation, designed to handle highly viscous products and liquids just capable of flowing. This positive displacement pump delivers smooth, constant pressure pumping and ensures gentle, pulsation-free transfer of materials. The F580 TR can be mounted on a cart for portable use or a base plate for fixed installation into processes and is also used with the VISCOFLUX Mobile S drum unloading systems.

With a modular design featuring only a few components, the F580 TR pump is easy to dismantle, clean, and service. It offers high-efficiency pumping across a wide range of viscosities, maintaining transfer rates at constant pressure. ATEX certification is available for use in hazardous areas, and the pump is installed dry, not immersed in the liquid being transferred.
