PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Swing-Flex® check valve from Val-Matic is an innovative swing check valve designed for superior performance and reliability. With only one moving part and a short 35° disc stroke, the Swing-Flex® provides efficient, non-slam operation. The flexing disc technology minimizes maintenance while maximizing longevity. Available in ductile iron or stainless steel bodies ranging from 2” to 48”, Swing-Flex® check valves are rated to 250 psi and certified to NSF/ANSI 61. They are ideal for water, wastewater, slurry, and abrasive service applications.

The precision-molded, reinforced disc provides reliable sealing and non-slam closure. The disc flexes with memory action to provide tight shutoff without a water hammer. The valve's smooth body contour and domed access cover prevent clogging while allowing full flow. Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards, Swing-Flex® check valves deliver optimized flow and minimal head loss.
