The SS Series stainless steel rack & pinion actuator delivers exceptional performance in corrosive environments through its 316 stainless steel construction of all external components. Designed for precise quarter-turn operation, these actuators feature a compact design that combines both double-acting and spring return capabilities in the same housing platform.

Built with Max-Air's patented dual travel stop design allowing ±10° adjustment, the SS Series incorporates two ISO bolt circle patterns, NAMUR standard accessory mounting, and bi-directional anti-blowout pinion retention. The precision-honed bore and high-cycle wear bearings ensure consistent long-life operation.
