PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Delta T Diffuser-Plate Control Butterfly Valve sets a new standard for precision flow control with its patented spherical-edged disc and diffuser plate design. This innovative valve optimizes flow dynamics while minimizing noise and cavitation, delivering exceptional performance across diverse industrial applications, including chemical processing, petrochemical, and general industrial uses.

Engineered for equal percentage flow characteristics, this advanced design enhances controllability with rangeability up to 600:1 and delivers pressure drops comparable to fully open butterfly valves. The unique diffuser plate design directs and diffuses the flowstream within the first 30° of rotation when the pressure drop is highest, effectively preventing damaging flow conditions while maintaining optimal control.
