AGC's ProFlow series Pro10 plates, introduced in 1995, are specifically designed for food applications, addressing the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. These plates feature a widened inlet design that accommodates viscous food products more effectively than traditional industrial plates.

The less restrictive flow path of ProFlow series Pro10 plates results in reduced pressure drops, leading to energy savings and higher CIP flow rates at similar pressure loss. This translates to improved cleaning response and enhanced overall performance. The distribution pattern, with line contact points, provides strength, minimizes contact point damage, and ensures even distribution of viscous products to the outer edge of the plate, maximizing heat transfer and minimizing channeling.
