PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The RotaCut macerator is a robust and effective solution for problematic fibers and entanglements in wastewater and sludge. Utilizing a contact-based cutting principle, the RotaCut reliably chops down even the finest fibers, such as hair and Q-tips. The integrated heavy material separator (stone catcher) efficiently removes foreign matter, protecting pumps and other downstream components from damage and clogging.

By homogenizing sludge, the RotaCut significantly reduces costs and effort associated with sludge thickening and dewatering. The macerator's sludge disintegration capabilities enable smoother, uninterrupted operation of decanters and separators, resulting in superior dewatering performance. When integrated into the digestion tower supply line, the RotaCut finely chops hair and fibers, preventing entanglements, floating layers, and disruptions during circulation or sludge removal.
