The Max-Air HD Series Scotch Yoke Actuators are heavy-duty rotary actuators designed for pneumatic and hydraulic valve automation in demanding industrial applications. Available in symmetric (SHD) and canted (CHD) configurations, these actuators deliver exceptional torque outputs ranging from 13,367 to 2,738,990 in-lbs for double-acting and 5,328 to 1,320,215 in-lbs for spring-return operations.

Engineered with a rugged modular design, the HD Series features high-integrity components including a hard chrome-plated cylinder, graphite-impregnated slide block technology, and self-contained spring modules. The actuators can be configured as double-acting or spring return, with fail-safe options, making them ideal for critical service applications in various industries.
