PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PR 52/53A are reservoir-based seal support systems designed to provide pressurized and unpressurized buffer/barrier fluid to dual mechanical seals for API 682 Plan 52 and 53A applications. Buffer/barrier fluid is circulated by using a pumping ring or circulating pump. 

Integrated pumping rings, instrumentation, and heat exchangers maintain optimal barrier fluid conditions to prevent process contamination and enhance seal reliability. Optional features like flanged removable heads simplify maintenance. The systems safeguard seals across demanding oil and gas, chemical and general industries, and high-purity and organics applications.
