ITT EnviZion® Actuated Advantage Bonnet


The EnviZion Actuated Advantage Bonnet represents a leap forward in valve technology, tailored for biopharmaceutical applications. This advanced bonnet type comes in various models: ZB1, ZB2, ZB3, ZB1S (sealed), ZB2S (sealed), and ZB3S (sealed), and is available in sizes ranging from 1 to 2 inches (DN25-50). It features operating modes: Fail Closed, Fail Open, and Double Acting. The actuator material is crafted from glass-reinforced polyethersulfone (PES), ensuring durability and reliability.

The bonnet material combines robust stainless steel with an FDA 21CFR177.1660 compliant PES handwheel/bonnet cover. Standard features of the EnviZion Actuated Advantage Bonnet include an autoclave capability, a thermal compensation system, visual position indication, a weep hole, a safety lock-pin, 360-degree air port rotation, and 60# and 90# spring packages for the Fail Closed mode. It is also resistant to common industry washdowns, with specific chemical resistance available upon consultation with the factory.
