{id=71, name='Aquaturbo', order=70, label='AquaTurbo'}

AER GS Aquaturbo Fixed low-speed submersible aerator/mixer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AER GS is a versatile and reliable submersible aerator/mixer designed for wastewater treatment applications. This innovative system features totally independent aerator and mixer functionalities, allowing for precise control of oxygen supply and mixing intensity. With a blower equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive, the AER GS can regulate oxygen supply from zero to maximum capacity while maintaining optimal mixing and oxygen dispersion, making it an ideal solution for SBR, ASP, and MBR applications.

Constructed with high-quality materials such as AISI 304/316 stainless steel, the AER GS is built to withstand the demanding conditions of wastewater treatment. The unit is available with drive motors ranging from 1.1 to 30 kW and geared drive speeds of 10 to 42 rpm, providing airflow rates of 350 to 3,250 m3/h. This flexibility allows the AER GS to be tailored to the specific needs of various treatment plant configurations and tank depths.
