Val-Matic Well Service Air Valves

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Val-Matic Well Service Air Valves are specifically designed to protect vertical pumps from damaging pressure surges caused by air during pump startup and shutdown. Part of the Air/Vacuum valve family, these valves provide controlled venting of air from the pump column before the check valve opens, reducing the impact of the accelerating water column.

Available in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 12", Well Service Valves feature adjustable air exhaust for fine-tuning surge suppression. Smaller sizes (1/2"-3") are equipped with a Dual Port Throttling Device, while larger sizes (4"-12") incorporate a Regulated-Exhaust Device mounted on the inlet. All valves are manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system for reliable performance.
