PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Tilted Disc check valve by Val-Matic is engineered to deliver energy-efficient, non-slam performance for water systems. Its short 40° disc stroke not only provides a quick closing mechanism, reducing water hammer, but also offers significant efficiency gains, resulting in cost savings. Available in sizes ranging from 3" to 60" and ANSI Classes 125, 150, and 250, these high-performance valves offer a range of capabilities. They feature an interior epoxy coating as standard, ensuring longevity and performance.

Independently certified flow and cycle tests guarantee their reliability. The flow area of these valves is equal to 140% of the nominal pipe size, making them highly efficient. Manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system, the Tilted Disc check valve holds certifications for NSF 372 Lead-Free and NSF 61 Drinking Water, meeting AWWA C508 requirements.
