PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Surgebuster® swing check valve from Val-Matic delivers rapid, non-slam closure to prevent water hammer in demanding applications. Its short 35° disc stroke and adjustable Disc AcceleratorTM prevent damaging pressure surges in high head, multiple pump, and surge tank systems.

Available in 2”-48” sizes, Surgebuster valves are built for water, wastewater, abrasive slurry, and industrial services. Their innovative design meets AWWA and NSF safety and performance standards. With just two moving parts, Surgebusters provide reliable protection against reverse flows.
