Val-Matic's Ener•G® AWWA Resilient Seated Ball Valve is the premier selection for surge control and energy savings in water and wastewater applications. Available in sizes 4" to 60" and AWWA classes 150lb. and 300lb., these valves provide 100% flow area equal to the pipe size when fully open, resulting in significant pumping cost savings compared to other pump control valves and ball valve products.
Manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system, Ener•G® Ball Valves feature a bi-directional resilient Tri-Loc™ seating system for low friction and wear resistance, allowing easy field adjustment or replacement without removing the valve from the line. The valves also incorporate Grit Guard™ Seals to prevent bearing wear and shaft seizing, and Taper Pins to securely lock the ball to the shaft.
