The Sani-Matic UltraFlow® delivers flexible, portable clean-in-place (CIP) cleaning for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities with limited space. Returning air-entrained solutions makes these compact, self-contained systems suitable for vessels with low and restricted outlets.
Available in two configurations, UltraFlow CIP systems can clean tanks up to 10 feet in diameter with process lines up to 3 inches in diameter. High-turbulence provides self-cleaning action that removes solution buildup and streamlines the process of achieving a complete clean. Unique standard and custom features make the UltraFlow CIP system a flexible, adaptable source for consistent documentable cleaning that meets cGMP and ASME BPE standards.
