ITT Integral Sterile Access and GMP (ISG)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Integral Sterile Access and GMP (ISG) is an innovative process fabrication that combines the functionality of Sterile Access (SA) and GMP into a single, compact assembly. By integrating the purge valve directly into the main body design, the ISG significantly reduces the dead legs associated with conventional SA and GMP fabrications when a purge valve is required. This unique design allows for three process fabrication orientations - Standard Sterile Access Port and vertical GMP porting above and below the weir - simply by rotating the assembly.

The ISG's streamlined design minimizes contact surfaces and hold-up volume while maximizing design flexibility and reducing the overall dimensional envelope. This integral valve assembly is an ideal solution for applications requiring sterile access and GMP compliance, offering enhanced process efficiency and improved cleanability.
