ITT Dia-Flo Straightway Diaphragm Valve

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Dia-Flo straightway diaphragm valves are engineered for demanding applications in industries such as chemical processing, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, and water treatment. These valves are designed to handle abrasive and erosive media, as well as fluids containing up to 50% solids that can clog or abrade other types of valves.

The straightway diaphragm valve offers a wide range of body lining and diaphragm options to ensure chemical compatibility with the service media. This versatility makes Dia-Flo valves a reliable choice for handling challenging fluids across various industrial applications.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Bubble-tight shut-off across the weir, independent of line pressure
  • Bonnet isolation separates working components from process fluids
  • The packing-less design eliminates the need for gland adjustments and prevents stem seal leaks
  • In-line maintenance allows bonnet assembly removal without taking the valve out of the line
  • Full port flow provides higher capacity and reduces erosive wear on the lining and diaphragm

APPLICATIONS

  • Chemical processing
  • Mining
  • Power generation
  • Pulp and paper
  • Water treatment

PERFORMANCE

  • Sizes: 1-12" (DN25-300)
  • Temperature range: -30°F to 225°F (-34°C to 107°C)
