The construction features a durable stainless steel bonnet coupled with an FDA 21CFR177.1660 compliant PES handwheel/bonnet cover, ensuring both strength and compliance with industry standards.
Designed for performance and reliability, the BioviZion Actuated Bonnet includes a suite of standard features that enhance its functionality. These features include autoclave capability, a thermal compensation system, visual position indication, a weep hole, a safety lock-pin, 360-degree air port rotation, and 60# and 90# spring packages for the Fail Closed mode. Its corrosion-resistant design is well-suited for common industry washdowns, with specific chemical resistance details available upon request.
