Goulds CW Pumps for Abrasive Slurries

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Goulds CW and CWX pumps are single-stage, enclosed-impeller, back pull-out process pumps designed for efficient handling of liquids with abrasive solids in suspension. Featuring wear parts made of HC600 chrome iron, these pumps deliver long service life and superior performance across a wide range of slurry applications. The CWX model, equipped with a Shearpeller, offers significantly enhanced air and solids handling capabilities compared to conventional designs.

The back pull-out design of CW and CWX pumps enables easy maintenance on critical components like bearings, seals, packing, impeller, and wear plate without disturbing the piping or driver. Enclosed impellers, made of abrasion-resistant hard metal, are accurately cast for years of trouble-free operation. The CW model also features external impeller adjustment for simple, fast efficient maintenance.
