PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Blacoh SurgeWave™ Defender is a patented transient pressure monitoring system that solves the need for pipeline operators to detect and record dangerous pressure events. This unique system employs dynamic pressure transducers and digital technology to continuously monitor pipelines for pressure surges, spikes, and water hammers.

When a transient event is detected, the SurgeWave™ Defender activates a high-speed data recorder to capture the event at 100 samples per second. This true-to-life sampling provides maintenance personnel with the most accurate information possible to diagnose and mitigate potential damage to the pipeline system. All data is securely stored on remote cloud servers for easy access anytime, anywhere via the Blacoh Surge website or mobile app.
