PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The SpillStop leak prevention and spill containment system is a fully pneumatic device that attaches directly to the air exhaust port of AODD pumps to safely capture and contain hazardous fluids expelled during pump diaphragm failure. When a diaphragm ruptures, the system's internal float automatically rises to shut down the failed pump, preventing costly product loss and mitigating the risk of employee injury from exposure to dangerous chemicals.

Available in a range of durable housing materials compatible with even the most aggressive fluids, SpillStop offers optional features such as warning alarms, backup pump switchover, and connection to SCADA systems for remote monitoring. Easy to install and suitable for use with any AODD pump from 1/4" to 4", this versatile and reliable system helps facilities maintain productivity while saving thousands in cleanup costs and EPA reporting.
