PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Aquaturbo AER-AS is a high-speed floating mechanical aerator designed for efficient aeration and mixing in wastewater treatment applications. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the AER-AS features a one-piece float, suction cone, and a two-flight Archimedes-style Screwpeller® that generates a flat, large-diameter spray pattern to maximize the air-water contact zone.

With a customized high-efficiency ambient-operated motor and an adaptable intake cone section capable of penetrating water depths up to 8 meters, the AER-AS draws low-oxygen activated sludge from the bottom of the basin and transforms it into an oxygen-rich surface discharge. This versatile, robust, and reliable aerator ensures years of maintenance-free service and is easily adaptable to nearly any basin configuration.
