ABZ Valve Triple Offset High Performance Butterfly Valve

The ABZ Extreme 6000 series of triple offset butterfly valves delivers reliable positive shutoff or control performance for demanding high-pressure, high-temperature, and dirty fluid applications that demand metal over soft seats. Featuring a compact and lightweight design, zero leakage in both directions, and high-temperature sealing capacity, these valves provide a superior alternative to traditional gate and globe valves for isolation and throttling applications. 

The unique elliptical sealing components (disc seal, body seat, retainer plate) configuration reduces friction and provides tight shutoff while reducing running torque for a lower cost of ownership. All seating surfaces are field replaceable for reduced maintenance costs. Certified fire-safe construction per API 607 and ISO 10497, the Extreme 6000 butterfly valve holds zero leakage before, during, and after a fire event.
