PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Forum’s rugged, general purpose ABZ™ 709 (wafer style) and 719 (lug style) resilient-seated butterfly valves offer long service life and maximize open fluid flow in a compact, lightweight design. Suitable for size 1” to 12” piping systems, these rugged valves utilize unique double-V stem self-seals that ensure superior sealing and seal protection under vacuum or pressurized conditions. 

The split body design enables easy in-line maintenance. Choose from a range of trim materials, seats, and configurations to suit your specific application needs. Compliant with industry standards including API (American Petroleum Institute), ASME American Society of Engineers), and ANSI (American National Standards Institute), ABZ resilient seated butterfly valves offer a range of body styles, materials, and sizes to meet application and process needs.

• Corrosion-resistant top bushing protects stem from side thrust.
• Two body styles available: wafer style (ABZ 709), and lug style (ABZ 719).
• Resil-O-Seat snap-in seat secures seat without bonding and eliminates gasketing requirements.
• Available seat/liners include EPDM, Buna-N, Viton, Teflon/EPDM, Teflon/Buna-N, Teflon/Viton.
• Self-adjusting V-shaped stem packing seal protects stem area.
• Split body design streamlines seat and disc-stem replacement.
