Mobile Septage Treatment System (MSTS)

Crane Engineering participated in a grant which included developing a mobile water treatment system to serve under-developed countries with contaminated water sources.

Usage Examples

1. Pit-to-Pit Scenario
Pit-to-pit requires multiple stops per day. A waste truck accompanies the MSTS to haul concentrated waste to a treatment plant.

2. Transfer Station Scenario 
Multiple trucks come to a semi-stationary and centrally located processor. The processor operates during normal working day hours.

3. FSTP Scenario
Continuous operation onsite at a fecal sludge treatment plant.
