Foremost Farms USA is owned by some 3,600 dairy farmers in seven Midwestern states, mainly Wisconsin. The company is a major dairy cooperative in the US. From 20 plants the cooperative churns nearly 5 billion pounds of milk into solid and fluid dairy products for industrial, retail, and foodservice customers per year. The Foremost Farms plant in Rothschild, WI recently added drains in their feed dryer area to improve cleanability and sanitation.
