Engineering Technician - Systems Division
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide technical support for CES products and services to CES customers and staff including accountability for documentation of all Optiflow and new equipment assemblies. Must be proactive in pursuing new and innovative ways to grow our Design & Assembly business. The preferred candidate would have a college or tech school degree in CAD Design with experience using a 3-D CAD package, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
DUTIES INCLUDE:

Generate detail drawings for fabrication work

Create standard drawing sets for repeat projects/items

Generate layout drawings for projects
-
Generate IOM manuals for projects
-
Maintain drawing filing system
-
Create and issue customer data package drawings
-
Provide Auto-Cad support for other divisions

Maintain database tracking actual vs. quoted hours and on-time performance of all assemblies
- Assist in generating bills-of-materials for standard build-up orders
Mechanical Engineer - Systems Division
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Mechanical engineering design, costing, construction and start-up of Optiflow systems and new equipment buildups. The ideal candidate should have a BSME with 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with fluid process experience in the food and beverage industry.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Mechanical conceptual design:
- Cost estimates for equipment, fabrication, labor & testing
- Preliminary bill of materials
- Scope of supply with list of exclusions and exceptions
- Mechanical detailed design:
- Equipment sizing, selection and materials of construction
- Process pipe line size calculations
- Generate detailed bill of material
- Work with Scheduling to coordinate resource requirements for build-up
- Administer quality checks including system testing
- Coordinate completion of documentation manual and operating instructions
